Jeanneau Sun Fast 37 (2005) – recent DELTA sails, Raymarine electronics, up-to-date offshore safety, numerous upgrades over the past 10 years.
Version 3 cabins, 1 bathroom, up to 8 berths. Category A navigation. Well-maintained boat, with equipment replaced or modernized in recent years, ideal for both racing-cruising and offshore cruising. Reason for sale: health issues.
Sails and rigging: DELTA genoa 2021 (40 m²) on PROFURL furler, with UV strip. DELTA mainsail 2015 (44 m²), fully battened, with lazy-jacks and lazy bag. Symmetrical spinnaker 2015. Rollable stay sail installed in 2021. Standing rigging checked in 2021. Original halyards replaced in 2020, additional halyards in place, additional sheets from 2022, moorings renewed in 2024. Sails cleaned and checked every two years at Delta Voiles La Trinite, last inspection in 2025.
Engine: Yanmar 29 hp (2005) shaft drive with bipole propeller, 1020 hours, fitted with cut-off valve. Last engine service in August 2025, invoices available. Seacock / rotating joint replaced in 2024. Alternator replaced in 2022. Individual engine battery replaced in 2023 (90 Ah). Three service batteries. Battery combiner, 500 W 12/220 V inverter, 12 V and 220 V distribution with shore power socket. About 130 L diesel tank.
Hull and maintenance: Hull treated by sandblasting, antifouling with hard matrix type.
Deck, cockpit, anchoring: Steering wheel, 6 cockpit winches, sprayhood, aft spray dodger with transom ladder. Electric windlass with control, main anchoring gear with 10 mm chain and 18 mm warp, main anchor.
Electricity and comfort: Standard electrical system with 12 V and 220 V. Standard interior lighting. Pressurized water and hot water onboard. Shower in the bathroom and on the deck. Galley with ENO gas stove 2023 with oven, refrigerator replaced in 2020, camping gas bottles. Inside, benches and mattresses in good condition, forward cabins with memory foam mattresses replaced around 2020. Original headliner and floors in good condition.

Electronics and navigation: Raymarine I70 navigation station with log-speedo, depth sounder, anemometer-girouette. Raymarine autopilot on helm station with remote control. AXIOM GPS at navigation station. NAVICOM RT650 VHF.
Water and tanks: Rigid water tanks for around 320 L total. Black water tank present. Pressurized water and hot water, dedicated pressure pump.
Safety: Very complete safety equipment. Plastimo survival life raft 2024. Ten life jackets, ten harnesses, flare kit, horseshoe buoy, IOR pole, EPIRB beacon. Fixed and electric bilge pumps. Emergency tiller, binoculars, two fire extinguishers, horn, gaff.
