Was characterizing this boat the most is its space. Over just over 10 meters, it offers three cabins and a bathroom. The saloon is spacious and the headroom under the beams is 1.90 m. Thanks to its ideal length and its great maneuverability, it is the perfect model for starting in sailing. Its genoa is on a furling system, allowing one person to operate the sails from the cockpit.

It is equipped with solar panels, a wind turbine (to be serviced), and a barbecue on the deck.

The hull, sails, and engine are in good condition, which is essential for a boat. The valves were replaced in 2023. The second-hand engine was overhauled by Volvo in 2017.

Before visiting the boat, be aware that there are a few points to repair: two planks of the interior floor are deformed, some wall coverings need replacing, it seems that water has infiltrated through a hatch, and some cover lids as well as the chart table need to be re-screwed.

On the deck, part of the stern requires fiberglass repair. Some halyards need replacing. The deck stops also need to be replaced.

These are small repairs that, if you do them yourself, will keep the boat in good condition, which explains the lower-than-normal price.
