Unique houseboat restaurant of VIKING type built by a passionate individual to create an atypical and original floating restaurant capable of accommodating 21 people in total. The boat was launched for the first time in 2000.

This vessel with a length of 16 meters and a width of 3.50 meters was built with an iron hull doubled for the immersed part and wood for the exterior. It has all the equipment to operate as a restaurateur, both docked and in inland navigation.

The model holds a license, was surveyed in 2006, and received a positive certificate of conformity, strength, stability, and buoyancy, to host passengers.

The boat has a 50 HP engine and a bow thruster, and is equipped with necessary navigation tools including front and rear cameras.

The passenger vessel can be moved to another river or lake with permission.

You purchase this vessel through an installment plan without bank loan. You will be the sole owner upon signing the sale. The sale costs are included in the bouquet price (Lawyer, mortgage... ).
