Marine maintenance technician – Specialist in composites & paint (M/F)

🛠️ The position
We are looking for a technician with expertise in composites and paint, capable of working on:
- Refurbishment of hulls, decks, parts, and superstructures
- Creating or repairing composite, polyester, or epoxy parts
- Finishing work, sanding, varnishing, gelcoat, etc.
- Versatile interventions: small repairs, fitting, onboard electronics, etc.
This position is aimed at a jack-of-all-trades profile, who enjoys adapting and facing technical challenges. You will work at the heart of transforming boats, and your skills will have a real impact on the final quality and customer satisfaction.
