The Pilot560 is a port service boat from the 3D Tender brand, designed by naval architect Samy Boubezari.
The Pilot560 specializes in assisting port maneuvering of boats of all sizes. Its compact shape and shallow draft allow it to operate in the most difficult access areas.
It features a rounded bow, known as a "marotte," enabling it to function as a push boat. Its good width-to-length ratio and the design of its evolving V-shaped hull provide excellent stability and maneuverability at sea.
The boat is extremely robust, with a 4mm thick H5083 aluminium hull and a dense 3mm internal structure. Its 15 cm PU reinforcement around the hull offers maximum protection in case of contact without damaging other boats.
The structural plans have been approved by the classification society Bureau Veritas.
The Pilot 560 is equipped with two towing posts, one at the bow and one at the stern, directly connected to the boat’s structure. It also features a pilot console with storage locker and adjoining seat, a comfortable bolster seat with double storage, six mooring cleats (two at the bow, two amidships, and two at the stern), a non-slip EVA coating, two large stern lockers with seating, two large bow lockers, a 90L fuel tank, a large work platform at the bow, and an anchor locker.
To secure the boat, handrails are installed all around the Pilot 560. This boat is self-draining.
On request, the Pilot 560’s hull can be offered in other colors, and the PU protection in white.
