**Built in 1982 by Admiral, it is 37 m long /118 ft and 7.50 m wide / 24.60 ft; the draft is 3.35 meters. Triple edged wooden built boat.**

**It is fitted with 3 MTU engines of 1300 HP each; its maximum speed is 25 knots and 22 knots for its cruising speed. Port 1739 hours Center 1100 hours Starboard 1359 hours.**

**With many salons, inside, at the back and on the flybridge, the yacht is the perfect place to host groups or events.**

**It also offers various solarium areas, that can be reached by the cockpit, on the upper deck.**

**On the same level, you can find a barbecue and a mini-fridge.**

**On the main deck, the salon shows a bar with fridge, TV. It is equipped with sound system. A big separate dining-room can seat about fifteen guests.**

**In between, the kitchen can also seat 4 to 6 persons. It is equipped with 4 gas burners, 1 electric oven, 1 microwave oven, 2 fridges and has plenty storage space.**

**On the lower deck, the five main cabins will comfortably accommodate 10 persons:**

**Right at the front, the boat offers the possibility for more accommodation for Crew only:**

**\- 2 cabins with 2 single bunk berths and 1 cabinet,**

**\- 2 cabins with 1 single berth and 1 cabinet (these ones are located at the very front, at the anchors chains well),**

**\- two bathrooms.**

This boat needs a maintenance out of water.
