Very well maintained, this Alpa 11.50 class 74, built and designed in Italy, is a sloop that combines optimal sailing performance with exceptional comfort thanks to its large cockpit. Its interior layout is designed to be practical and comfortable, including a cabin with a double bed, a convertible saloon with a double berth and a single bed, as well as another single berth next to the chart table. It is the ideal boat for cruising enthusiasts. The hull, entirely made of reinforced fiberglass, offers outstanding robustness thanks to its longitudinal reinforcements. The monolithic deck with non-slip surface is fully constructed from fiberglass resin.

The current owner, an experienced sailor and passionate about sailing, has significantly upgraded the onboard equipment. The electronics have been updated over the years: depth sounder and log speedometer in 2020, chartplotter in 2008, and Raymarine autopilot in 2020. The running and standing rigging were renewed in 2021. The sails are in excellent condition: a roller furling mainsail with an genoa on a manual furler (replaced in 2021), as well as a symmetrical spinnaker and a storm jib onboard. The engine, a Midif Diesel with 30 horsepower, was replaced in 2002 and has 744 hours of operation (January 2025), with a shaft drive and a 4-blade propeller. An inflatable Quicksilver dinghy with an electric TEMA motor from 2020 is also included.

Regarding autonomy and energy efficiency, this sailing yacht is a good model: the battery charger and inverter were replaced in 2021. Two 55W flexible solar panels and three service batteries, also replaced in 2021, ensure reliable power supply. LED lighting completes this high-performance setup.
