I am offering for sale my APREAMARE 12 SEMICABINATO, a boat in excellent condition, close to new. This special model is fully equipped by the yard and features a large kitchen as well as a master cabin with a King Size bed. It is maintained by a sailor and underwent a complete refit from January to March 2022.

Equipment and Renovations

The electronics are new since 2021 and all lights are LED. The teak deck was completely redone in 2017. The electronics were renewed in 2019, including LED lights, water lights from 2020, as well as new batteries from 2019. The biminis, covers, and sunbathing mattresses are also new. There are 2 new fridges from 2019 (interior and exterior).

Maintenance and Upgrades

The boat is up to date on antifouling and has undergone engine service. The hull was repainted in dark green in its original color, and the interior leather upholstery as well as the wooden trims have been replaced with original parts. The cost of these renovations exceeds €50,000, with invoices available.
