Very nice Apreamare 12 from 1999, well maintained and very well equipped.

This boat is powered by two Volvo Penta 480-horsepower in-line engines, with only 580 hours of use, equipped with a bow thruster. The engines have always been serviced by a professional. It also has a generator installed in 2022 (only 30 hours of use), air conditioning from 2023, and a desalination system also from 2023. The electric toilets were also replaced in 2023.

We find two comfortable cabins: a double cabin and a cabin with two single beds convertible into a double bed. Each has its own bathroom. The salon converts into a double berth, providing ample sleeping capacity. The fully equipped galley includes an oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and ice maker.

The interior and exterior woodwork are in excellent condition, reflecting the care taken in maintenance. The electronics were updated in 2018 with a complete Raymarine system. The stern thruster is currently being repaired, which is why the starboard panel has been removed from the helm station in the photos.

Outside, the cockpit teak has been recently redone and is in superb condition. The deck and sunpad teak were redone in 2026.
