The CAP MED Boat & Yacht Consulting team is pleased to offer for sale this superb 2005 Aquanaut Drifter 1500 AK, an elegant steel motor yacht designed by the Dutch shipyard Aquanaut Yachting.
This 14.95-meter boat combines reliability, comfort, and autonomy, making it an ideal unit for coastal and river navigation. Please note that it is certified in Category A.
You will be charmed by its refined and functional interior, featuring high-end woodwork and an optimized layout for long cruises. The extremely bright panoramic lounge includes a relaxation area with a U-shaped bench for 6 to 8 people and a coffee table. The kitchen was completely refitted in 2024 (with a large American fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, ...) and its dining area offers all necessary comforts for a pleasant stay onboard.
This model offers three spacious cabins:
- The owner’s cabin, located at the stern, features a central double bed 180x200 with memory foam mattress, a private bathroom with a large shower, electric toilet, towel warmer, and abundant storage (2 wardrobes, cupboards with shelves, bookshelf, ...).
- At the bow, the guest cabin has a large 160x200 bed for 2 people, also with a private bathroom and ample storage
- Both the owner and guest cabins are equipped with an HD Wifi TV, heating/air conditioning, LED lighting, and 220V outlets
- At stern starboard, a third cabin is currently used as a laundry/workshop with washing machine/dryer but also offers an additional single berth.
- Note that the kitchen area table can also be converted into extra sleeping space for 2 people.
This cruiser offers everything needed for year-round living onboard or long passages:
- Heating/air conditioning, double glazing, 12KW generator, 800L of water with activated charcoal filter, and 1200L of diesel
- Very high under-beam clearance in cabins and saloon and exterior, cozy interior, altogether making life onboard very pleasant
- At cruising speed (8 knots at 1800 rpm), the boat only consumes 2x7 L/hour
Its displacement hull ensures excellent seakeeping, and modern equipment (bow thruster, radar, autopilot) facilitate maneuvers and safety. The 8mm hull was sandblasted and treated against corrosion in 2016. The deck is in perfect condition with new mooring lines and fenders. The external aft cockpit has a canopy in excellent condition from 2022.
