This Baltic 60, designed by Rolph Vrolijk, was created to excel in Mediterranean racing conditions while offering its owner ideal comfort for long cruises. The ambition behind this 60-foot sailboat was to create a true dual-purpose yacht, perfectly optimized both for competition and relaxation at sea.

Designed by Judel/Vrolijk, SUD was specifically developed to perform under the IMS rule, which was very common in the Mediterranean, while remaining competitive under the IRC rule, which has a broader audience. The design favors a relatively narrow hull with straight ends, maximizing waterline length without resorting to the less aesthetic flat sides common at the time under the IMS rule.

The boat is now ready to be moored and handled by its new owner!
