The unit offered stands out due to a rare maintenance condition for its age, with a particularly complete and documented history. Many major work has already been carried out, especially on the engine, making this boat a ready-to-sail vessel without unpleasant surprises.

The propulsion system consists of two Perkins diesel engines, each 250 horsepower, totaling around 2,400 hours. Renowned for their reliability and longevity, they benefit from regular servicing supported by invoices: replaced or reconditioned turbos, new heat exchangers, changed fuel lines, regular maintenance, replaced filters, and new engine batteries in 2024. The line shaft propulsion ensures smooth and safe navigation, with a controlled consumption of approximately 10 liters per hour per engine. Access to the engines is directly from the interior, facilitating routine maintenance.

Built in 1989, this Antares 11.20 measures 11.20 meters in length with an approximate beam of 3.30 meters. Its polyester hull and marine design make it a sturdy, stable, and reassuring boat, capable of comfortably accommodating 6 to 8 people while sailing.

The interior impresses with its volume, brightness, and functionality. The saloon is spacious, well-organized, with recent upholstery and a convertible bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, pressurized sink, recent refrigerator, and microwave, offering ample storage. Two separate cabins allow for genuine overnight stays, complemented by a bathroom with marine WC, sink, and shower. Additionally, there is a swim platform, davits for the dinghy, an engine support, a bathing ladder, a cockpit shower, and a bow sunbathing area. All canvas covers are new or recent, including a flybridge cover never used, a camping awning, and protective covers.

On the technical equipment side, the boat is equipped with new engine batteries, service batteries, a solar panel for maintaining charge, a shore charger, and a recent bilge pump. Regular maintenance is carried out diligently: regular anti-fouling, anode replacements, and interventions performed by recognized local yards in Propriano and Valinco.

There is an option for the transfer of the annual mooring space.
