The unit offered stands out for its rare condition for its age, with a particularly complete and documented history. Many major works have already been carried out, especially on the engine, making this boat ready to sail without unpleasant surprises.

The propulsion system is based on two Perkins diesel engines of 250 horsepower each, with approximately 2,400 hours. Renowned for their reliability and longevity, they have been seriously maintained with supporting invoices: replaced or reconditioned turbos, new heat exchangers, changed diesel lines, regular maintenance, replaced filters, and new engine batteries in 2024. Propulsion by shaft lines ensures smooth and safe navigation, with controlled consumption of about 10 liters per hour per engine. Access to the engines is directly from inside, facilitating routine maintenance.

Built in 1989, this Antarès 11.20 measures 11.20 meters in length with a beam of around 3.30 meters. Its fiberglass hull and marine design make it a solid, stable, and reassuring boat, capable of comfortably accommodating 6 to 8 people while sailing.

The interior impresses with its volume, brightness, and functionality. The saloon is spacious, well arranged, with recent upholstery and a convertible bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, pressure sink, recent refrigerator, and microwave, offering ample storage. Two separate cabins enable genuine overnight stays, complemented by a bathroom with marine toilet, sink, and shower. The headroom is comfortable, natural ventilation is effective, and the entire interior is in good condition, ready to host extended cruises.

The outdoor spaces are particularly generous. The flybridge has a helm station offering excellent visibility and a true pleasure of navigation. The aft cockpit is large, ideal for mooring life, meals, or swimming. There is also an aft platform, davits for the dinghy, an engine support, a swim ladder, a cockpit shower, and a fore sunbathing area. All sails are new or recent, including a never-mounted flybridge cover, a camping awning, and protective covers.

Technical equipment includes new engine batteries, service batteries, a solar panel for maintaining charge, a shore charger, and a recent bilge pump. Regular maintenance has been diligently carried out: regular antifouling, anode replacement, and interventions performed by recognized local yards in Propriano and Valinco sectors.

There is an option to take over the annual berth rental.
