The First 30 Version 1977 sailboat is a habitable cruising monohull, built by the Beneteau shipyard in France. This fixed keel, head-sailed sloop, designed by naval architect André Mauric, measures 8.8 meters in length. Production started in 1977 and ended in 1984. A total of 969 units of this boat were produced.

General condition:
This unit is in very good presentation condition, with some minor flaws noted despite everything, see below.

Interior:
The linings need to be reviewed in the rear part of the boat (coffin berth), but the rest shows only minor flaws due to its age.
The woodwork and upholstery are also in good condition despite some minor flaws in a few areas.

Exterior:
This sailboat has been very well maintained, rigging revised, forestay and roller furling replaced in 2022, equipped with a small downhaul cover to be reviewed; otherwise, it remains in good condition. It shows signs of aging, inevitably for a 1979 sailboat, with minor marks on the gelcoat deck, but remains perfectly presentable and seaworthy.

Midif engine of 16hp with only 96 hours of use, installed in January 2022, first overhaul completed.
