Historical Background

The First 30 Version 1977 sailboat is a single-hull cruising yacht built by the Bénéteau shipyard in France. This fixed-keel, head-sloop rigged vessel, designed by naval architect André Mauric, measures 8.8 meters in length. Production started in 1977 and ended in 1984. A total of 969 boats were built.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

General condition:
This unit is in very good presentation condition, some minor defects noted despite everything, see below.

Interior:
The headliners need to be redone in the aft part of the boat (coffin berth) but the rest shows only minor defects due to age.

Woodwork and upholstery also have some minor blemishes in certain areas due to age.

Exterior:
This sailboat has been very well maintained, rigging reviewed, forestay and roller reefing replaced in 2022, equipped with a small foredeck cover to be inspected; otherwise, it remains in good condition. It shows signs of aging, which is inevitable for a 1979 sailboat, with some minor marks on the gelcoat deck, but remains perfect in terms of presentation and sailing capability.

Mechanical:
Midif engine of 16hp with only 96 hours since October 2021, installed in January 2022 with its first service completed.
