In the lineage of the First, this is a magnificent sailboat both aesthetically and in terms of speed on the water when sailing with all sails up. At 37.5 feet, it has an optimal size. Small enough to enjoy a reasonable docking cost in harbors and to maneuver easily. Large enough to comfortably cross oceans or sail from island to island in the Mediterranean. This boat is comfortable, both at anchor and at sea. You can move around the deck very easily. After thirty years of good and loyal service, it is not brand new and some interior fittings could be updated. But for everything concerning the key elements of the vessel, the hull, the sails, and the almost new engine, it is in perfect health.
