Beneteau First 53

The interior of the First 53 innovates with this large sofa and its coffee table. To meet the demands of the new way of sailing, no more large saloon table, but two well-defined and more practical spaces: the relaxation area and the dining area.

The ease of movement has been a key concern for designer Lorenzo Argento, between the helm stations, the layout of the winches for maneuvers, and access to the deck. Behind the removable aft dashboard, which converts into a bathing platform, a garage seamlessly houses a 2.40 m dinghy.

For maximum helming sensations, the boat's design focused on hull balance under sails and weight distribution. The waterline is aligned with the sail plan center. Straight bow with volume, very aft beam, draft of 2.50 m or 3 m (with ballast bulb), twin rudders for perfect control of this lively hull, the First 53 has all the attributes of a hull that can cover miles quickly.
