The boat is designed category A (ocean going). Currently registered for zone B (60 miles) under Spanish flag "lista 6ª" (charter). The owner can use it privately without issue, as more than 4 years have passed since the first registration. If the future owner wishes to switch to "lista 7ª" (private use), the process is very simple via the electronic site and only costs the fee (about 20 €).
