My Beneteau Oceanis 43 for sale
This Beneteau Oceanis 43 for sale used boat has been much more than just a sailboat for us — it was our floating home for almost 2 years. From the turquoise waters of Aruba to the coasts of Mexico, passing through Cuba and the Bermuda islands, and finally back to Europe, this Beneteau Oceanis 43 safely and comfortably carried us across thousands of nautical miles.
A model known for its comfort
It is a Beneteau Oceanis 43, a model recognized for its comfort onboard, its excellent sailing performance, and its generous volumes, both on deck and below. We have equipped our Oceanis 43 to be completely self-sufficient for long-distance sailing and off-grid cruising.
Equipment and autonomy
With 1000W solar panels and 600Ah lithium batteries, we were able to stay anchored for weeks without ever connecting to shore power — powering fridges, electronics, lighting, and much more without difficulty. Whether you work remotely or simply enjoy life at anchor, energy independence is guaranteed.
Engine and maintenance
The engine is in excellent condition — only 1800 hours, with rigorous maintenance performed according to the manufacturer's schedule. This year, we inspected the standing rigging and replaced essential components to ensure safety and reliability on offshore passages. The sails and running rigging, however, are nearing the end of their service life and will need to be replaced before undertaking significant voyages — a point already factored into the asking price.
Shipyard and model history
The Beneteau Oceanis 43 was designed by Berret-Racoupeau and its interior by Nauta Design. It was first built in 2006 by Beneteau in France. This model marked a new era in offshore cruising boats history thanks to its design, comfort, and performance. It was produced until 2014 and enjoyed great success, especially for charter use under the name Moorings 43.4. The Oceanis 43 is ideal for family or friends cruising, offering generous space and exceptional comfort.
