This first-hand unit is in almost new condition. The boat is completely compliant with its factory condition and shows no imperfections. The boat is up to date with maintenance and ready to sail.

Exterior:
No irregularities to report on this unit. All doors and portholes are in good condition. The boat is regularly maintained by professionals, so the exterior condition is very clean. The teak parts are well maintained. We did not observe any chips or deformations on the hull and superstructures.

Interior:
Arguably even better than the exterior. This boat is treated as a secondary residence by its owners who are particularly attentive to the interior cleanliness. Everything is in good condition. No imperfections have been found on the woodwork, linings, carpets, and floors. This interior area is, even more than the rest, very close to new.

Mechanical:
The engine has run for only 89 hours since commissioning and purchase by the current owners in 2018. Servicing is up to date.
No signs of oil, water, or salt have been observed on the engine or in the bilge. Again, this unit has been lightly used and is in a condition close to factory new.

Electronics:
