Exterior:
No irregularities to report on this unit. All hatches and portholes are in good condition. The boat is regularly maintained by professionals, so the exterior condition is very clean. The teak areas are well maintained. We have not observed any chips or deformation on the hull and superstructures.

Interior:
Probably even better inside. This boat is treated like a second home by its owners who pay particular attention to interior cleanliness. Everything is in good condition. No imperfections were found on the woodwork, upholstery, carpets, and flooring. This interior area is, even more than the rest, very close to new.

Mechanical:
The engine has run for only 89 hours since commissioning and purchase by the current owners in 2018. Servicing is up to date.
No traces of oil, water, or salt were observed on the engine or in the bilge. Again, this unit has seen little use and is in near-factory condition.
