Used Steel Sailing Yacht Trireme 43.
This Trireme 43 is a beautiful bluewater cruising unit; the hull was built in steel in 1983 by the "CHANTIER NAVAL DE BIOT" shipyard based on plans by architect François CHARPENTIER, known notably for designing the TRIREME sailing yacht series, models ranging from 43 to 60 feet.
It is a boat designed for comfort while sailing and habitability at anchorages. The hull features triple chines made from welded steel plates on T-shaped stringers. Plate thicknesses are 4mm for the upper chine, 5mm for the intermediate chine, and 6mm for the bottom chine.
The reliability of the construction by "CHANTIER NAVAL DE BIOT" and the protective treatment of the metal structure carried out by the original owner are of a quality rarely encountered on vessels of the same type.
