Discover the HAUSBOOT HARMONIA 340L, a unique houseboat combining strength and comfort, designed by CUSTOM. With its 23 m² of living space, this previous model offers you a solid structure made of aluminum or galvanized steel, combined with polyethylene floats ensuring stability and durability.

The floating house is built with certified impregnated wood, ensuring excellent weather resistance. The floor consists of a galvanized plate covered with a PUR insulating membrane, topped with waterproof plywood and a PVC coating for optimal comfort. The walls combine membrane, PUR thermal insulation, and waterproof panels, dressed in commercial wallpaper for a cozy interior ambiance. Outside, the facade is clad in VOX siding, while the ceiling is made of PVC, easy to maintain.

The kitchen is functional with a designated space for a cooking plate, a range hood, storage, a sink, a battery, and a dedicated space for the refrigerator. The sanitary facilities include a toilet equipped with an aerator, a shower, a sink, and an electric fan for efficient ventilation.

On the opening side, the boat features aluminum windows with reinforced double glazing: two fixed windows, two PVC portholes, as well as sliding doors giving access to the front terrace and a balcony door leading to the rear terrace. Inside, the doors can be folding or swinging as needed.

The deck is secured with a PVC floor, a guardrail, and four cleats. The sanitary system includes a water pump, an electric heater of 60 liters, a fresh water tank of 400 liters, and a gray water tank of the same capacity, with level sensors for easy management.

The electrical installation is complete with a connection to the dock in 230V/12V and heating provided by electric radiators. Optionally, the FLOATING package includes a Mercury 9.9 KM engine with a starting battery and a 45-liter fuel tank, as well as a Victron Energy Off Grid solar system consisting of two 360 W solar panels, a MultiPlus II 3000 KV, and two 220 Ah batteries. The configuration is completed by a control panel, cameras (PS, SB, AFT), navigation lights, and a horn.
