Discover the HAUSBOOT HARMONIA 340L, a unique houseboat combining robustness and comfort, designed by CUSTOM. With its 23 m² of living space, this previous model offers a solid structure made of aluminum or galvanized steel, paired with polyethylene fenders guaranteeing stability and durability.

The floating house is built with certified impregnated wood, ensuring excellent weather resistance. The floor consists of a galvanized plate covered with an insulating PUR membrane, topped with waterproof plywood and a PVC coating for optimal comfort. The walls combine membrane, PUR thermal insulation, and waterproof panels, finished with commercial wallpaper for a warm interior atmosphere. Outside, the façade is clad with VOX siding, while the ceiling is made of PVC, easy to maintain.

The kitchen is functional with designated space for a cooking hob, a range hood, storage, a sink, a battery, and space for a refrigerator. The sanitary facilities include a WC with an aerator, a shower, a sink, and an electric fan for effective ventilation.

On the opening side, the boat features aluminum windows with reinforced double glazing: two fixed windows, two PVC portholes, as well as sliding doors leading to the front terrace and a balcony door to the rear terrace. Inside, doors can be folding or hinged as needed.

The deck is secured with a PVC floor, a guardrail, and four constrainers. The sanitary system comprises a water pump, a 60-liter electric heater, a 400-liter fresh water tank, and a gray water tank of the same capacity, with level sensors for easier management.

The electrical installation is complete, with connection to the dock in 230V/12V and heating provided by electric radiators. Optional, the FLOATING package includes a Mercury 9.9 HP engine with starting battery and 45-liter fuel tank, and a Victron Energy Off Grid solar system consisting of two 360 W solar panels, a MultiPlus II 3000 KV, and two 220 Ah batteries. The setup is completed with a control panel, cameras (PS, SB, AFT), navigation lights, and a typhoon.
