Discover the SHOGUN HAUSBOOT DIY, a custom houseboat measuring 11.27 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, offering a ceiling height of 3.5 meters. Its generous living area of 26 m² is complemented by a spacious terrace totaling 37.5 m², including a 28 m² upper terrace made of WPC composite wood, secured by an elegant stainless steel balustrade.
Built on a solid base, this model rests on polyethylene floats 1000 mm in diameter, assembled in two rows and robustly fixed to a welded galvanized steel structure. Its construction includes an arched terrace and a technical terrace, both protected by balustrades, as well as a functional technical cabinet. The exterior facade is clad with PVC Kerra panels, ensuring durability and aesthetics.
The upper terrace features enhanced waterproofing thanks to a bituminous coating and a waterproof formwork panel, while the roof is protected by an innovative PVC membrane. The technical rooms are thermally insulated and soundproofed with polystyrene, covered inside with a vapor-tight film and outside with self-adhesive insulating foam for optimal protection.
For comfort, this houseboat is equipped with a complete electrical system, an 860-liter water tank with pump and instantaneous water heater for hot and cold water. The air-conditioning system with heating function ensures a pleasant interior climate year-round. The sanitary system includes an 860-liter tank for wastewater, emptied at the berths.
Inside, you will find a bright bathroom with window, equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet bowl and a closet. Two bedrooms with windows accommodate a double bed and a bunk bed. The fully glazed living room offers a friendly space with table, chairs, sofa, and a secure entrance door with a patented lock. The equipped kitchenette includes a sink, a two-burner gas stove, and a refrigerator.
The deck is equipped with an external technical cabinet housing pumps and the air-conditioning module, and the upper terrace can be mechanically lowered, providing thermal and acoustic insulation and moisture protection. The floors are covered with high-quality waterproof vinyl panels, while the bathroom is tiled. The exterior walls are finished with Einheit-Fassadenplatten panels, while the interior features acoustic wall panels and reinforced partitions.
The PVC double-glazed windows are flush with the facade, ensuring brightness and insulation. The front and rear terraces, located at the lower deck level, are coated with WPC for easy maintenance.
The piloting station now relies on a catamaran float design, ensuring increased stability and maneuverability compared to the previous rectangular floats. The deck equipment includes two 220 Ah Gel batteries (12V), a battery charger, courtesy lighting for navigation, three solar panels totaling 580 Wp, as well as a pilot seat.
Inside, you will enjoy a water heater, air conditioning, and a 12V/230V converter. For the kitchen, a two-burner gas stove completes this ideal setup for a comfortable and self-sufficient floating lifestyle.
