Discover the SHOGUN HAUSBOOT DIY 12M, a barge designed for personal transformation enthusiasts. This sturdy vessel is built on a welded hot-dip galvanized steel structure, ensuring exceptional strength. You will appreciate its front terrace secured by a railing, as well as a technical terrace equipped with a dedicated cabinet and brackets designed to fix the railing on the upper deck.

Its buoyancy is ensured by eight watertight compartments securely attached under the hull. The exterior features Kerra PVC panels and double-glazed PVC windows, perfectly integrated into the facade. Access is via a rear door and a front door, both equipped with a patented lock. Inside, the bedrooms and bathroom have tilt-and-turn windows with external sealing gaskets, offering ventilation and comfort.

The floors of the lower and upper levels rest on waterproof formwork and OSB panels, thermally, acoustically, and moisture insulated with a layer of polystyrene foam protected by a vapor barrier film. The interior flooring is of high-quality vinyl, waterproof and durable, while the bathroom is tiled for an elegant and functional finish.

The upper terrace is carefully protected against weather by a bituminous waterproofing system, combining OSB slats and heat-welded self-adhesive sheets. The walls of the technical rooms are insulated with polystyrene, incorporating an internal vapor barrier membrane and an outer self-adhesive insulating foam, ensuring excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

The electrical installation, discreetly integrated into the walls, complements the sanitary equipment including a 240-liter water tank, a 250-liter sanitary tank with level sensors, as well as air conditioning with heating option. The upper deck can be mechanically lowered, benefiting from the same thermal, acoustic, and moisture protection as the rest of the structure.

The interior partitions, covered with wall panels and acoustically treated, contribute to onboard living comfort. Outside, the walls are covered with Einheit-Fassadenplatten panels, ensuring durability and aesthetics. Finally, the terraces, located at the front and rear of the lower deck as well as at the top, are covered with durable WPC panels. For increased safety, a railing for the upper terrace is available as an option.
