The habitat is built with certified impregnated wood, ensuring durability and insulation. The floor consists of a galvanized plate covered with a membrane, PUR insulation, waterproof plywood, and a durable PVC coating. The walls are lined with an insulating membrane, a waterproof panel, and commercial wallpaper, while the facade features a well-designed VOX cladding. The PVC ceiling completes the bright and comfortable interior.

The functional kitchen includes a dedicated space for a cooktop, a range hood, practical storage, a sink, and a refrigerator space. The sanitary area comprises a WC equipped with an aerator, a spacious shower, a sink, and an electric fan for optimal ventilation.

The openings are carefully designed with aluminum frames and reinforced double glazing: sliding doors to the front terrace, two fixed windows, two PVC portholes, and a balcony door opening onto the rear terrace, providing light and panoramic views. Interior doors are available in folding or swinging versions according to your preferences.

The deck is secured with an anti-slip PVC floor and guardrails, complemented by four battens for added stability. The sanitary system includes a hydropump, an electric 60-liter heater, a 400-liter fresh water tank, and a matching grey water tank, all equipped with level sensors for precise monitoring.

On the electrical side, the HAUSBOOT HARMONIA 310 is powered by 230 V / 12 V with a mooring connection and efficient electric heating via integrated radiators. As an option, enjoy the FLOATING package including a Mercury 9.9 HP engine with start battery and 45-liter fuel tank, as well as a Victron Energy Off Grid solar system composed of two 360 W solar panels, a MultiPlus II 3000 KV, and two 220 Ah batteries. The complete configuration panel and surveillance cameras positioned port, starboard, and aft, along with navigation lights and a typhoon, ensure security and control.
