The habitat is built with certified impregnated wood, ensuring durability and insulation. The floor consists of a galvanized plate covered with a membrane, PUR insulation, waterproof plywood, and a durable PVC covering. The walls are dressed with an insulating membrane, a waterproof panel, and commercial wallpaper, while the facade is clad with neatly designed VOX cladding. The PVC ceiling completes the bright and comfortable interior.

The functional kitchen includes a dedicated space for a stove, a range hood, practical storage, a sink, and a spot for a refrigerator. The sanitary area features a toilet equipped with an air vent, a spacious shower, a washbasin, and an electric fan for optimal ventilation.

The openings are thoughtfully designed with aluminum frames and reinforced double glazing: sliding doors to the front terrace, two fixed windows, two PVC portholes, and a balcony door leading to the rear terrace, providing light and panoramic views. Interior doors are available in folding or swinging versions according to your preferences.

The deck is secured with a non-slip PVC floor and guardrails, complemented by four cleats for added stability. The sanitary system includes a water pump, a 60-liter electric heater, a 400-liter freshwater tank, and a gray water tank of the same capacity, all equipped with level sensors for accurate monitoring.

On the electrical side, the HAUSBOOT HARMONIA 310 is powered by 230 V / 12 V with a connection to the dock and an efficient electric heating system via built-in radiators. Optionally, take advantage of the FLOTTANT package including a Mercury 9.9 HP engine with a starting battery and a 45-liter fuel tank, as well as a Victron Energy Off Grid solar system consisting of two 360 W solar panels, a MultiPlus II 3000 KV, and two 220 Ah batteries. The complete configuration panel and surveillance cameras positioned on the port, starboard, and rear, along with navigation lights and a horn, ensure safety and control.
