With 1,400 hours on the engine over 13 years, averaging barely over a hundred hours per year, this Dufour 450 GL has been used very little compared to what is usually seen on this type of sailing yacht. Most importantly, it has been maintained as we would like all boats to be: turbo changed in 2025, sail-drive bellows and seal renewed in 2026, engine overhaul in June 2026, new service and starting batteries this summer, running rigging replaced in 2026, antifouling applied in June 2026. For the sails, everything is from 2026: Russo battened mainsail of 46 m² with 2 automatic reefs, Russo genoa of 50 m² on a Lazy Jacks furler with UV strip, and a Code 0 on a furler for light winds. The bimini is from 2023.

Onboard, 3 double cabins, 2 bathrooms, 2 marine toilets, a convertible saloon, and a real kitchen (gas stove and oven, 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators). Authentic teak deck and cockpit. Retractable bow thruster, electric Lewmar winch, bimini, manual gangway, cockpit shower with hot water. Complete Raymarine electronics (depth sounder, log, anemometer, plotter, GPS, autopilot), VHF and AIS Icom from 2026. Uship 280 dinghy with 2.5 hp Suzuki outboard.
