The owner is selling this boat due to having a duplicate. A former engineer and chief marine mechanic, the owner maintains his boat himself according to best practices.
Everything is in perfect condition and working order, the hull cleaning was done at the end of June 2023 and the 10 anodes were replaced, the interior is clean, no flashy decorations, everything is functional. There is a single helm station on the flybridge. With an air draft of 3.50 m with the bimini up and 2.50 m once lowered and windshield removed, it goes down to 2.50 m allowing access to most rivers and canals.
The mooring berth can be transferred. The annual cost in 2023 is 580 euros, water and electricity included.
