The owner is selling this boat due to duplication. Former Marine Engineer and Chief Mechanic, the owner maintains the boat himself according to best practices.
Everything is in perfect condition and fully functional, the hull cleaning was done at the end of June 2023 and the 10 anodes were replaced. The interior is clean, no flashy decor, everything works. Single helm station on the flybridge. With an air draft of 3.50 m with the bimini up, and 2.50 m lowered and windshield removed, it passes at 2.50 m allowing access to most rivers and canals.
The berth can be transferred. The annual cost in 2023 is 580 euros including water and electricity.
