Very nice Athena 38 from 1996, owner’s catamaran in excellent condition, never rented nor operated as a charter. Carefully maintained over the years, it is fully operational and ready to sail immediately. This model benefits from the manufacturer's "unsinkable" certification, characteristic of Fountaine Pajot catamarans produced during this period.

The layout offers excellent living space for a 38-foot catamaran with 4 double cabins, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious salon with a fully equipped galley. Onboard comfort has been enhanced with recent upgrades, including mattress replacements and complete reupholstery of the salon and cockpit.

The boat notably features:

The boat also underwent significant upgrades when dry-docked in December 2025, including new antifouling, replacement of rudder bushings and saildrive membranes, a new trampoline, and various comfort enhancements. The mast foot and underlying bulkheads were also serviced and reinforced.
