One large owner's cabin starboard with a double bed, an office, a toilet, and a private bathroom with a separate shower.
Two guest cabins port side, each with its own private bathroom including toilet and shower.

This Lucia 40 has always been sailed with a reduced crew (solo or family).
The antifouling was redone in May 2025, and the hull was polished at the same time.
