Grand Soleil 45 with 3 cabins, fully refitted in 2024

This magnificent 1992 sailing yacht - designed by German Frers, with a retractable transom and swim platform - underwent a complete refit in 2023-2024 and is in "like new" condition according to a naval survey available.

The works include structural reinforcement, a full hull paint job, the mast and boom painted with AWL grip, as well as replacement of all deck fittings and rigging. The teak deck has been sanded, winches removed and chromed, and the toilets and plumbing replaced. Additionally, new equipment such as a Jabsco autoclave, an Antal mainsheet track, a Profurl genoa furler, and Gottifredi Maffioli textiles have been installed. Memory foam mattresses in the aft cabin add extra comfort.
Two sets of sails are on board: one for cruising and the other for racing in Tape Drive. Possibility to keep the port berth. Last antifouling in 2024.
