Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 36.2

VOLVO ENGINE,

28hp revised and refurbished (300 hours before head removal) (perfect condition, compression ratio 72%, new injectors, new seawater pump, excellent condition, no corrosion…

New fuel filters, oil filter, separator

Engine and reversing gear oil change 15w40 was performed in April 2026 by ELB.

The silent blocks were replaced in 2020, involving an alignment check.

New shaft line with a new Volvo sealing joint (1 spares)

Complete replacement of the cooling unit by Deptron.

Propeller bipale controlled, balanced, and surfaced by France Hélices in 2020.

The hull was prophylactically treated against osmosis with 8 layers of Interprotect before launching by the previous owner. Hull very healthy, without any particular problems.

The RUDDER was removed, re-sealed, with a new O-ring, Teflon rings checked. Inside, the steering sector control and autopilot piston removed (belt and brushes replaced): no wear

SAIL DRIVE

Head-sail rigging, checked shroud wire with a replaced forestay in 2020. Protection of the new bow pulpit fittings. Inspection of the mast attachment points

Protection of the turnbuckles and chainplates with anodized aluminum tube sleeves to prevent the running of the genoa sheet during tacks.

Protection of other turnbuckles and chainplates (greased and stopped with new straight pins) with standard white PVC covers.

The PROFURL furling system was completely removed and renovated in 2020 (replacement of the forestay, bearings, and seals)

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

A complete overhaul of the electrical system following current standards (especially grounding)

Installation of a 12V/220V inverter of 1500W, with a remote control switch 12V/220V

Installation of a lightning protector (2021).
