The Sun Odyssey 410 is a modern sailing yacht designed for those seeking a navigation that is both simple, safe, and comfortable, without sacrificing the joy of steering. From boarding, the feeling is clear: every detail has been designed to make life at sea easier and to provide a smooth, reassuring, and enjoyable sailing experience, whether with a small crew, family, or friends.
The deck, particularly well-designed, stands out with its angled side decks, signature of the model, which allow easy and safe circulation to the bow. The cockpit, spacious and convivial, offers a true outdoor living space, ideal for relaxing moments at anchor as well as for sailing maneuvers under sail. At the helm, the boat proves to be stable, balanced, and responsive, with an intuitive handling that immediately inspires confidence.
This unit benefits from the “Preference” finish, including all the “First” finishing features, complemented by numerous comfort and luxury equipment. Notably, it features a polyester sprayhood with integrated stainless steel roller, a 1000 W electric windlass with dual command, and a chain counter, a multifunction cockpit table, doors in the gunwales, a full 220 V power supply, USB outlets in the cabins, a Navicolor monitoring screen with battery monitoring, as well as a “Luxury” oven with grill. Indirect LED interior lighting, ambiance lamps with shades, padded upholstery in the saloon, blinds for windows and panels, and numerous storage compartments (including a bottle storage under the floor) contribute to a warm, elegant, and meticulously finished ambiance. The interior upholstery in Marble ambiance further enhances this high-end comfort feeling.
In terms of navigation and performance, the boat is fully equipped to exploit its full potential, especially in upwind conditions. The Downwind Pack includes the asymmetric spi rigging and Code 0, dedicated fittings, an additional roof winch on starboard, an extra winch handle, and a Windex wind indicator. The yacht is equipped with a Code 0 in X-Grid Mylar-Aramid with roller reefing, as well as a Quantum spinnaker, offering excellent performance in light winds and real sailing enjoyment under sail.
Handling ergonomics is enhanced by an electric roof winch on port side, making adjustments easier and making the boat particularly accessible for short-handed sailing.
The Offshore Electronics Pack provides a complete and modern instrumentation suite with a Raymarine i70s multifunction display, a depth sounder sensor, a wind speed and direction indicator, a Raymarine Ray73 VHF, a Raymarine p70s autopilot with ACU400 controller and gyro compass, and a Raymarine Axiom+ 9 WiFi touchscreen GPS with Navionics Silver charting. The entire system ensures precise, comfortable, and safe navigation, both coastal and more adventurous cruising.
For onboard comfort, the Audio Entertainment Pack incorporates indoor and outdoor speakers as well as a Fusion RA70N audio system (radio, USB, Bluetooth), ideal for relaxing moments at anchor.
The exterior arrangements are particularly complete, with a high-transparency roof canopy with LED lighting, a cockpit bimini, and a perimeter cockpit cover, allowing use of the cockpit in all weather conditions. The mechanized aft platform facilitates access to bathing and dinghies. The boat is also equipped with a retractable bow thruster, offering optimal maneuverability in port.
Inside, comfort is enhanced by a louvered bed in the forward cabin, a storage/dressing unit in the port forward cabin, and a “Luxury” foldable saloon table with fixed feet. The interior woodwork features a brown oak laminated floor, while the cockpit floor is lined with teak, adding an elegant and marine touch.
