purchase of new rollable staysail
new Mercury 4T outboard engine, 3.5 hp
replacement of the upper guide of the rudder stock with stainless steel part
replacement of sheets and halyards
bow thruster battery
service batteries

Negative points:
teak deck in average condition but no leaks
fitting support of the guideau cracked and to be repaired with laminate
worn genoa to be replaced
