FLOKICAT — Lagoon 42, 2021, owner version, never chartered

In the Lagoon 42 market, most boats come from rental fleets. FLOKICAT, on the other hand, has only ever been owned by its owners. Launched in June 2021 after construction in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (hull no. 561), it has been maintained as if it were its own boat: only 650 hours on each engine, new bedding, bright interior, light wood flooring, and LED lighting, which appears just off the chantier.

It is the owner version with four cabins, two skipper beds in the forward tips, never used. The two aft cabins have 160 × 200 beds, the forward cabins have 140 × 200 beds, all with slatted bedsprings. Each cabin has its own bathroom with shower and electric toilet. All are air-conditioned, including the saloon. It sleeps ten comfortably without crowding, and lives equally well in peak summer or off-season.

The autonomy has been designed for offshore cruising. The 11 kW Onan generator, 1,400 W of solar panels, a 150 l/h watermaker, and a set of AGM batteries renewed in 2024 allow for extended anchoring without seeking a marina. At the chart table and helm station, the B&G electronics are comprehensive: two 12-inch Zeus screens, Halo20+ radar, Forward Scan, autopilot, AIS, and Navionics 2025 mapping.

Under sail, the fully battened Mainsail with lazy bag and the code zero on SICINLOAV with furler make the Lagoon 42 a genuinely fast boat. Two electric winches facilitate maneuvers. On board, enjoy a large cockpit with cushions and sunbathing area, teak deck, external shower, and Fusion sound system both inside and outside.

The boat is ready to go: rig inspected in 2025, engines serviced, DAN updated, manuals in French and English.

The boat is sold with its transferable dry berth, a real asset given the scarcity of spots on the coast. It is owned through a company and listed tax-free: for a corporate buyer, VAT is recoverable, and for a buyer outside the European Union, export allows purchasing VAT-free. For a private individual residing in the EU, 20% VAT is added to the listed price.
