Luxemotor of the Katwijker type, beautifully renovated by its owner. All work has been professionally carried out. High-quality interior finishes with woodwork in various species including oak, walnut, and pear, harmoniously combined. Tastefully arranged, this boat is very cozy. With its independent owner's cabin and 3 cabins in the forward part of the boat, it is perfectly suited for a family with children or for a rental business.
This barge is waiting for its new owners; just bring your luggage, everything stays on board!
Mooring is located in a tourist village in Burgundy; the berth can be taken over. The annual cost in 2023 is €1500.
This Luxemotor came out of the shipyard in April 2023 to carry out the necessary inspections for the renewal of its community certificate (currently being validated).
