"I am selling my Princess 45 in good condition, ready to sail - Engines maintained by a professional.
2024: Engine overhaul (coolant exchangers cleaned, water hoses replaced with new ones, seawater pumps) - bow thruster removed and serviced - Annual bottom job in May 2024 - Replacement of the generator (200 hours) - Electronics refit on the helm station - Replaced 45 meters of anchoring chain with new.
2023: All bilge pumps replaced with new ones, all hydraulic steering hoses replaced with new ones, electrical connections refitted, new freshwater group onboard, and new mixer taps. Engines painted. 70-liter electric water heater.
2021: New cable reel, shore socket, and cable - Hull sanded and primed with epoxy - Installation of 2 flexible solar panels 2 x 300 W.
2020: New flybridge canopy - New service batteries - Hydrolube rings.
2019: New onboard 24V / 220V converter 3500 W and a freezer.
2017: Dishwasher, hydrogen crack (2018), service battery bank 2x250AH + 2x140AH with CRISTEC management (2018), 70-liter electric water heater (2013), 24/220 V converter 3500 W (2019), 1 electric and 1 marine toilet, EUROMAR hydraulic helm station with remote control (revised in 2019).
