"I am selling my Princess 45 in good condition, ready to sail - Engines maintained by a professional.
2024: Engine overhaul (coolant exchangers cleaned, water hoses renewed, seawater pumps) - Bow thruster removed and serviced - Annual hull repainting in May 2024 - Replacing the generator (200 hours) - Refit of the electronics on the flybridge - Replacing with new 45 meters of anchoring chain.
2023: Replacing all bilge pumps with new ones, replacing all steering hydraulic hoses with new ones, refit of electrical connections, installation of new freshwater pump, and new mixer taps. Engine paintwork. 70-liter 220 V water heater.
