General condition:
This Monterey 415 is in the hands of its 3rd owner. This unit has been particularly well maintained by its previous owners and its current owner. Both outside and inside, all equipment is operational and no major damage is to be reported.

Exterior:
The boat has a great look. Very sporty for its size. An improvement has been made to the T-top sunshade. Indeed, an extension of this sunshade has been made with a stainless steel frame painted with black epoxy paint matching the hull. The workmanship is of very good quality, also providing a handrail facilitating movement on the walkarounds.
As mentioned earlier, the boat is very well maintained. No gelcoat chips or crazing points to report. As every year, the hull will require polishing. All upholstery was redone in 2021. The flexiteck in the cockpit area was done the same year. The only downside is that the aft deck was not done at the same time and now shows wear related to the age of the boat.

Interior:
First of all, it is surprising to discover the interior architecture of this boat. Very spacious, with a good height under beams, two cabins, two bathrooms, all compartmentalized. Since it is the flagship of the brand, serious attention has been paid to the materials used in manufacturing. Inside, this boat shows almost no defects except for a small piece of ceiling paneling slightly damaged and the mirrors in the forward bathroom showing some oxidation spots.

Mechanical:
The engines and transmissions have been meticulously followed within the Volvo Penta network since commissioning. We have a clear history up to 2010. Visually, the blocks appear healthy with no obvious signs of leaks. Some elements show slight surface oxidation such as silent blocks or the port alternator but nothing unusual for a unit with engines in the rear position. The starboard IPS was replaced under exchange program in 2023. Oil analyses are performed every season at the same time as engine and generator maintenance.

Electronics:
All equipment (GPS, Chartplotter, Depth sounder, Radar, Log, Deck spotlight, Autopilot, navigation centers) are from the year of the boat and fully operational. In this respect, the boat is particularly well equipped and ready to take to the sea.
