The Nautitech 46 Open series was launched in 2016 and develops the Open concept introduced by the yard two years earlier with the 40. The very forward cockpit bulkhead offers an immense exterior space, well protected by the large rigid bimini and its sunshades. The yard has thus favored living space in the tropics, even if the size of the 46 ensures that the saloon retains a lot of volume and light. Marc Lombard has again designed a hull that allows for good averages, and the very reasonable displacement makes it an excellent boat for light winds. This boat can also sail upwind, with tacks at 90° from one side to the other, which is rare for a catamaran without fragile keels. As for the double steering wheels at the back, they allow the skipper to keep in touch with the crew without sacrificing the pleasure of steering the boat.

This unit was launched at the end of 2016 and was delivered in Martinique in the last weeks of the year. It has always been maintained by professionals. The boat is registered in Fort de France, with import duty and VAT paid.
It is now well equipped for sailing in the Antilles, which it regularly traverses.
