The Nautitech 46 Open series was launched in 2016, extending the Open concept introduced by the shipyard two years earlier on the 40. The very forward cockpit bulkhead offers a vast outdoor space, well protected by the large rigid bimini and its sunshade fabrics. The shipyard thus prioritized the living area under the tropics, although the size of the 46 ensures the saloon retains plenty of volume and light. Marc Lombard once again designed a hull that allows good averages, and the very reasonable displacement makes it an excellent light-wind boat. This boat can also sail close to the wind, with bottom tracks at 90° from one tack to another, which is rare on a catamaran without fragile keels. As for the double steering wheels at the rear, they allow the skipper to stay in contact with the crew without sacrificing the pleasure of steering the boat.

This unit was launched at the end of 2016 and was delivered in Martinique during the last weeks of the year. It has always been maintained by professionals. The boat is registered in Fort de France, octroi de mer and VAT paid.
It is now well equipped for sailing in the Antilles, which it regularly cruises.
