Spacious, in need of maintenance and updating.
This Nelson 46 cc, measuring 14 meters, has been laid up recently due to health issues of its owner.
It requires work on the engine which needs to be replaced, and the sails which need to be renovated or replaced.
The boat will need to be reviewed to check all its sailing capabilities (expertise).
The owner states:
"Given the necessary work, I am fully aware that a significant price reduction will be required.
My current situation does not allow me to carry out this work.
And I wish to sell quickly.
If you are able to do some of this work yourself, I believe this boat is for you."
