The Nicols shipyard is renowned for its quality boats, with innovative, clever, and atypical designs. The friendly layout, meticulous finishes, and especially a construction designed to withstand the rigors of unlicensed rental characterize this manufacturer’s creations. This example left the shipyard in 2001. With its two helm stations, it allows for navigation in all circumstances and is ideal for river cruising with family or friends, with its three well-separated sleeping areas equipped with showers and dedicated toilets.

This former rental boat was sold in 2016 to our owner, who renovated it. Moreover, our owners completely transformed and re-equipped the boat to make it suitable for year-round living, which they themselves did over a long period. The insulation has been completely redone, with 2 reversible air conditioners, external insulating shutters, instantaneous water heaters, and charger-inverters, among other equipment, testify to the boat’s transformation into a modern floating apartment.

The location is renewable subject to captaincy approval, at a rate of €1300 per year, water and waste disposal included, plus approximately €32 per month for electricity.
