Nicols 1100 Comfort river cruiser suitable for year-round living for sale. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to present this Nicols 1100 Comfort river cruiser, 11 meters long.

The Nicols shipyard is renowned for its quality boats, innovative, clever, and atypical design. Its user-friendly layout, refined finishes, and especially its construction designed to withstand the rigors of unpermitted rental characterize the company's creations. This vessel was built in 2001. With its two helm stations, it allows navigation in all conditions and is ideal for river cruising with family or friends, featuring three well-separated sleeping areas, equipped with showers and dedicated toilets.

This former rental boat was sold in 2016 to our owner, who renovated it. Additionally, our owners completely transformed and re-equipped the boat to make it suitable for year-round habitation, which they have personally maintained for a long period. The insulation has been entirely redone, with two reversible air conditioners, external insulating shutters, instantaneous water heaters, charger-inverters, among other equipment, demonstrating the conversion of the boat into a modern floating apartment.

The location can be renewed subject to approval by the harbor master, at a rate of €1300 per year, including water and waste collection, plus approximately €32 per month for electricity.
