Parker addressed the shortcomings of the Pilot House series over the years and introduced many improvements for the traditional daycruiser user looking for a 100% recreational Pilot House model.
Traditional Pilot House boat hulls are generally outdated, flat-bottomed, uncomfortable, and have poor fuel efficiency. The 790 Explorer was designed with a deep V two-step hull and an integrated engine mount – ensuring significant improvements in comfort, virtually eliminating any planing threshold, minimizing engine power requirements, increasing speed, and improving fuel economy.
