Please note that the Temporary Occupation Contribution (COT) has been issued by VNF PARIS for a primary commercial activity plus private accommodation. It is currently valid for 10 years, until 2029, and costs €15,000 per year. However, as it is nominative and in the context of the property transfer, the buyer must reapply in their name if they wish to continue using the current mooring and operation.
