Boatshed Paris is pleased to offer for sale this hotel barge navigating a few cables from Paris in an area with high tourism potential.

Currently used as guest rooms at the quay without offering navigation, the owner operates the 5 cabins from Friday to Monday and confirms that the activity could be greater but she does not wish it.
It should be noted that the owner holds a COT for her boat, but it is linked to a tourist activity by an agreement between the Commune and the French Waterways Authority (Voies Navigables de France). Therefore, if a family wants to buy and use it as a residential boat, they will have to obligatorily provide a tourist rental activity, without a set tourist accommodation quota.
Some adjustments might be needed to improve catering possibilities, but other solutions exist.
This boat is well-suited for use at the quay or navigating. Some painting work is required (as visible in our photos) to further improve its appearance. In charter, the boatman’s accommodation will be used by the captain and the sailor’s cabin can accommodate one or two hostesses.
Easy access, free parking, wooded park on the opposite bank. Commune very popular with tourists including nearby Parisians seeking peace and greenery.
Berth cost €365 per month for the year 2022.
