Currently used as bed and breakfast on the quay without offering navigation, the owner operates the 5 cabins from Friday to Monday and confirms that the activity could be more significant but she does not wish for it to be.
It should be noted that the owner holds a COT for her boat, but this is linked to a tourist activity through a sort of agreement between the Municipality and Voies Navigables de France. Therefore, if a family wants to buy and convert it into a housing boat, they will must necessarily plan a tourist rental activity, without an imposed tourist housing quota.
Some modifications might be needed to improve catering possibilities, but other solutions exist.
It is a boat well suited for operation either at quay or under navigation. Some painting work is needed (as visible in our photos) to further enhance its appearance.
In charter, the boatman's accommodation will be used by the captain, and the sailor's cabin can host one or two hostesses.
