Sea Ray SLX-W 230 from 2018, first hand, moored in Antibes. This model is the only wave boat produced by a day-boat manufacturer: thirteen seats, sunbed and table on board, and a complete ballast system under the deck. Maintenance has been continuously carried out since commissioning, with manifolds and prop shaft replaced in 2026. 1. A complete day-boat and a real wave. Thirteen seats, sunbed, table, fridge, hot water shower, and bimini arch. Under the deck, three ballasts totaling 871 kg of water and the SurFIN wave system, patented by Sea Ray, adjustable from the touchscreen. Traction boats at the same price do not have sunbeds or tables; 7-meter day-boats do not generate waves. 2. The two costly engine components refurbished in 2026. Manifolds and exhaust elbows replaced according to a four-year cycle, last replaced in 2026. Prop shaft, packing gland, and hydrolube ring also replaced that year. These are generally the two expenses borne by the buyer of an outboard boat of this age. Maintenance records available upon request. 3. First hand since 2018, continuous maintenance. Only one owner since commissioning. Antifouling and servicing annually without interruption, fully new upholstery, reworked plumbing, new battery charger. The boat is dry-stored between seasons: the hull has never received antifouling and is exposed with original gelcoat.
