#### Interior Layout
At the rear, a spacious main cabin with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, including a separate shower cabin and a bidet for optimal comfort. Two additional cabins with bunk beds share a bathroom, while at the front, the crew cabin features a French bed and private facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, four burners, two refrigerators, and a freezer. The salon offers a large dining area with a U-shaped sofa, a chart table, and an additional sofa, inviting conviviality.

#### Instrumentation and Technical Equipment
The sailboat is equipped with a Raymarine chartplotter with an interior repeater and another exterior, GPS, VHF, radar, and AIS for safe navigation. The autopilot, depth sounder, and a 9.5 kW Onan generator provide autonomy and comfort. The electrical system relies on 16 batteries of 100 Ah. The Marinco desalination unit produces up to 200 liters of fresh water per day. The hydraulic bow thruster facilitates maneuvers, complemented by an autoclave and an electric boiler installed in December 2018. The boat is also prepared for a heat exchanger system. A TV and radio system with a connection in the rear owner's cabin completes the onboard comfort. At the front, a saltwater pump supplies the anchor chain, managed by an electric windlass Lofran Titan, equipped with 100 meters of steel chain.

#### Equipment and Sails
The decks, cockpit, and cabin are covered with elegant teak, complemented by a Caribbean cockpit awning and an outdoor shower at the rear. The rigging includes a mainsail roller and a genoa roller with hydraulic adjustment, halyard, and stay. The New Millenium Triradial sails, new and never used since 2018, promise performance and reliability.

#### Technical Remarks
The engine was overhauled and refurbished in 2008, as well as the generator and bow thruster pump. The boat has been on land since August 2019, kept in excellent conditions.
