#### Interior layout
At the aft, a spacious master cabin with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, including a separate shower cabin and a bidet for optimal comfort. Two additional cabins with bunk beds share a bathroom, while at the bow, the crew cabin features a French bed and private facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, four burners, two refrigerators, and a freezer. The saloon offers a large dinette with a U-shaped sofa, a chart table, and an additional sofa, inviting conviviality.

#### Instrumentation and technical equipment
The sailboat is equipped with a Raymarine chartplotter with an indoor repeater and an external one, GPS, VHF, radar, and AIS for safe navigation. The autopilot, echo sounder, and a 9.5 kW Onan generator provide autonomy and comfort. The entire electrical system relies on 16 batteries of 100 Ah. The Marinco watermaker produces up to 200 liters of fresh water per day. The hydraulic bow thruster facilitates maneuvers, complemented by an autoclave and an electric boiler installed in December 2018. The boat is also prepared for a heat exchanger system. A TV and radio system with a connection in the aft owner's cabin completes the onboard comfort. At the bow, a seawater pump feeds the anchor chain, which is managed by a Lofran Titan electric windlass, equipped with 100 meters of steel chain.

#### Rigging and sails
The decks, cockpit, and coachroof are covered with elegant teak, enhanced by a Caraibes cockpit canopy and an outdoor shower at the aft. The rigging includes a mainsail roller furling and a hydraulic headsail furling, halyard, and forestay. The New Millennium Triradial sails, new and never used since 2018, promise performance and reliability.

#### Technical remarks
The engine was overhauled and refurbished in 2008, as were the generator and the bow thruster pump. The boat has been ashore since August 2019, kept in excellent condition.
