General condition:

This unit is in very nice condition overall, the blue part of the hull requires polishing but aside from this, everything is carefully maintained and ready to sail.

Interior:
The linings are in excellent condition, as are the woodwork and upholstery. The floors show no defects. The bilges are clean.

Exterior:
Except for the hull requiring polishing, no gelcoat chips were observed on the hull or deck. The teak is in very good condition in the cockpit area, with slightly more wear on the aft section. The upholstery is in very good condition. All hydraulic elements are operational.

Mechanical:
Maintenance is carried out only by professionals; at the start of the 2022 season the IPS revision was performed. Nothing else to report, the boat is ready to navigate.
