General condition:
This unit is in very good presentation condition; the blue part of the hull needs polishing, but aside from that, everything is carefully maintained and ready to sail.

Interior:
The wall coverings are in excellent condition, as are the woodwork and upholstery. The floors show no defects. The bilge areas are clean.

Exterior:
Apart from the hull needing polishing, no gelcoat chips have been observed on the hull or deck. The teak is in very good condition in the cockpit area, with slight wear more advanced at the rear. The upholstery is in very good condition. All hydraulic elements are operational.

Mechanical:
Maintenance is carried out exclusively by professionals; at the start of the 2022 season, IPS servicing was completed. Nothing further to report; the boat is ready to sail.
