General condition:
This unit is in very good condition, the blue part of the hull needs polishing but apart from that everything is carefully maintained and ready to sail.

Interior:
The linings are in excellent condition, as are the woodwork and upholstery. The floors show no defects. The bilge areas are clean.

Exterior:
Apart from the hull which needs polishing, we did not observe any gelcoat chips on the hull or deck. The teak is in very good condition on the cockpit area, with slightly more wear at the rear. The upholstery is in very good condition. All hydraulic components are operational.

Mechanical:
Maintenance is carried out exclusively by professionals; at the start of the 2022 season, IPS revisions were completed. Nothing else to report, the boat is ready to sail.
