General condition:

This unit is in very good presentational condition; the blue part of the hull requires polishing but apart from this, everything is carefully maintained and ready to sail.

Interior:
The upholstery is in excellent condition, as are the woodwork and leather. The floors show no defects. The bilges are clean.

Exterior:
Except for the hull requiring polishing, no gelcoat flaws were observed on either the hull or the deck. The teak is in very good condition in the cockpit area, with slightly more wear on the aft section. The upholstery is in very good condition. All hydraulic components are fully operational.

Mechanical:
Maintenance is carried out exclusively by professionals; at the start of the 2022 season, the IPS service was completed. Nothing else to report, the boat is ready to sail.
