Before 60 the unicorn

A legend yacht ready to go around the world.

VOR 60 designed by Bruce Farr and built by Cookson Boats NZ. 

This VOR 60 was originally named Swedish Match, it competed in the 1997-98 Withbread Round the World Race and finished 3rd. Second name was Nokia and competed in the 1999 Sydney to Hobart Race with line honours. Boat have been stored inside a wharehouse from 2003 to 2009, it was used in Norh America for training and Transatlantic racing.

The sailboat has been out of the water 6 months a year and especially from 2020 to 2024.

LOCATED: Punta Lagoa Marina in Vigo, Spain the boat is in very good condition, professionally maintained and upgraded over the years. Canadian documented vessel.

NOTE: Consider that this sailboat has been Sweedish Match at rest in a warehouse in Sweden for more than 6 consecutive years and then about ten years he has been stored 6 months a year in winters in Quebec. The El Unicornio has never been damaged or suffered any accidents and then nothing has been neglected for its maintenance.

Look hull: Original is Dark blue (2010) , ( refit in design yellow, red and white vinyl 2019 ) Paint over the design 2029 in ‘’ red paint of partner Majorica’’ Note : the red paint is easily removed and also the blue vinyl can be removed to restore the dark blue paint.

BALLASTS •On Each side four (4 ) ballast tanks ( total recall 13 degrés )
