DF115BG

The new Suzuki outboard engine, the DF115BG, features advancements that go far beyond the integration of an electronic control system! The compression ratio has indeed increased to 10.6/1, allowing this slightly over 2-liter outboard engine to further improve maximum speed and achieve better acceleration while optimizing thermal efficiency!

Fuel efficiency has also been enhanced compared to the well-known DF115A model. Tests have demonstrated a 5 to 6% improvement in fuel consumption for the DF115BG over a medium to high speed range.

The new cowling adopts a special air intake optimizing water separation and a resonator system further reducing engine noise at all speeds.
