DF140BG

Improvements made to the new Suzuki DF140BG outboard motor go far beyond simply integrating electronic controls. The optimized compression ratio of 10.6/1 allows this slightly over 2-liter outboard engine to increase maximum speed with better acceleration while enhancing thermal efficiency.

The efficiency has also been optimized compared to the existing DF140A model. Tests have shown a 5 to 7% improvement in fuel efficiency for the DF140BG over a range of mid-to-high speeds.

The redesigned cowling features a new air intake with water separation optimized and a muffler system that reduces engine noise, providing smooth navigation at all speeds.
