Our new DF175AP engine features a revolutionary "hands-free" start system: a coded keyless entry that transmits an access code to the engine start system. When the keyless device is within one meter of the main unit, simply turn on the system, insert the kill cord, and start the engine with a single button. Back at the port, just turn off the engine and disconnect the system.

The DF175AP is the first 175 HP (129 kW) outboard engine on the market equipped with Suzuki Precision Control electronic throttle and Suzuki Selective Rotation system, allowing configuration of the engine in standard or counter-rotation via a specially designed mechanism located in the lower unit (gearcase), alongside an innovative electronic gear change system.
