Our new DF200AP engine is equipped with a revolutionary "keyless start" system: a contactless coded key transmits an access code to the engine start system. When the contactless key is within one meter of the main unit, simply turn on the system, insert the cut-off cord, and start the engine by pressing a button. When returning to port, just turn off the engine and switch off the system.

The DF200AP is the first 200HP (147kW) outboard motor on the market to feature electronic control (Suzuki Precision Control) and Suzuki's Selective Rotation system, which allows configuring the engine for normal rotation or counter-rotation, thanks to a specially designed mechanism located in the lower unit (gearcase), and an innovative electronic shift system.
